Since we print every product when it is ordered we CANNOT PROCESS SIZE EXCHANGES. Please be sure to check the size chart before ordering or contact us first with pre-order questions.
If you received your order and find that we made an error, please let us know within three (3) business days from the date of delivery and we’ll try our best to fix this as soon as possible. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further information. Be prepared to provide your name, order number and any other details we may request to address your concerns.
All of our items are custom printed at the time of purchase (aka print on-demand). We do not have a warehouse where we maintain stocked inventory. We do not issue refunds on orders that have completed payment and shipped.
