Shipping & Delivery

General Shipping Information

We currently ship to the United States. Products are shipped directly from our fulfillment centers which are located in multiple locations. In the event you ordered more than one item, you may receive your items in separate deliveries.

During holidays or times of high demand, orders may take 10 – 15 business days or longer to ship. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you in the know regarding anticipated delays and do what we can to help expedite.

Shipping & Delivery

 The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

(1) Fulfillment Time (aka Processing Time)

Order verification, printing, quality check and packaging takes place during the fulfillment phase. Standard fulfillment time is 2-5 business days after the order is placed. Once your order has been fulfilled and been dispatched from the fulfillment center, you will receive a notification with shipping tracking information.  Orders placed after business hours, on a weekend, or holiday may not be processed until the next business day. Please note, delays may occur during promotional and other peak periods (holidays, etc.). 

Please note that if you purchase multiple items, your order may be processed in 2 or more shipments for a faster Delivery Time. In this case, you will receive an order notification with tracking information for each partial shipment.

(2) Shipping Time 

This refers to transit or traveling time it takes for items to reach the destination once dispatched from one of our fulfillment centers. Standard delivery time is usually 3-8 business days but may be longer due to other factors. We are not responsible for any delays by shipping couriers or any other circumstances beyond our control.
